KKI offers a comprehensive spares supply service to support all of our control, choke and rotary valve products, as well as associated actuators and instruments. Fast-track deliveries are available to suit your site shutdown requirements.

For customers who are changing their process plant, we can carry out a full application review, enabling us to recommend the most suitable parts for optimum productivity and efficiency. We can also make material recommendations for enhanced durability and suitability.

Guarantees and Traceability

All spares are supplied with a certificate of conformance and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) guarantee. Valve trim components are etched with a part number and heat number for ease of traceability - and material certification is available upon request.

We maintain historical records of all the valves we supply, including a post-delivery event log that records any site changes from the original specification. To add value to customers’ stock holdings, we can also provide spare part interchangeability reports for multiple valve contracts, as well as site survey reports.

Actuators and Instruments Spares

Actuators and instruments are available as direct replacements for existing units on site. Actuator upgrades are available where increased performance is required following a valve trim modification. Instrument upgrades are available for compatibility with the latest control systems. Our service engineers can also refurbish your actuators and instruments, either at our dedicated works in the UK or on your site.
